2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Full Refund (100%) - Before Course Commencement:
- Cancellation requested before the first live session
- No course materials accessed or downloaded
- Cancellation within 48 hours of payment (cooling-off period)
- Technical issues preventing course access (our responsibility)
Partial Refund (75%) - Early Course Stage:
- Cancellation within the first week of course commencement
- Attendance in maximum 1 live session
- Limited access to course materials (less than 25%)
- Valid reason for cancellation (medical, emergency, etc.)
Partial Refund (50%) - Mid-Course Stage:
- Cancellation within the first 2 weeks (4-week program) or 3 weeks (8-week program)
- Attendance in maximum 2 live sessions
- Course material access less than 50%
- Documented valid reason for withdrawal
No Refund - Advanced Course Stage:
- More than 50% course completion
- Attendance in more than half of scheduled live sessions
- Full access to course materials and resources
- Certificate eligibility reached
