Your Skill Yatra understands that circumstances may change after course enrollment. We have designed a fair and transparent cancellation policy that protects both students and the integrity of our training programs.

Full Refund (100%) - Before Course Commencement:

• Cancellation requested before the first live session
• No course materials accessed or downloaded
• Cancellation within 48 hours of payment (cooling-off period)
• Technical issues preventing course access (our responsibility)

Partial Refund (75%) - Early Course Stage:

• Cancellation within the first week of course commencement
• Attendance in maximum 1 live session
• Limited access to course materials (less than 25%)
• Valid reason for cancellation (medical, emergency, etc.)

Partial Refund (50%) - Mid-Course Stage:

• Cancellation within the first 2 weeks (4-week program) or 3 weeks (8-week program)
• Attendance in maximum 2 live sessions
• Course material access less than 50%
• Documented valid reason for withdrawal

No Refund - Advanced Course Stage:

• More than 50% course completion
• Attendance in more than half of scheduled live sessions
• Full access to course materials and resources
• Certificate eligibility reached

3. Refund Processing Timeline

UPI Refunds:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days
• Method: Direct credit to the original UPI ID (bhagatsatish@fifederal)
• Notification: SMS and email confirmation

Bank Transfer Refunds:

• Processing Time: 5-7 business days
• Method: NEFT/RTGS to original source account
• Required Information: Original bank account details

Medical Emergency Refunds:

• Medical certificate required from registered physician
• Up to 90% refund may be considered regardless of course progress
• Case-by-case evaluation by our support team
• Alternative: Course transfer to next batch at no additional cost

Technical Issues (Our Responsibility):

• Platform downtime exceeding 48 hours
• Inability to access course materials due to technical faults
• Poor quality of live sessions due to technical problems
• Resolution: Full refund or free course transfer

Family Emergency:

• Documentation required (medical certificate, official documents)
• Up to 75% refund consideration
• Option to pause course and resume in next batch
• Extended access to course materials

5. Non-Refundable Components

Administrative Fees:

• Payment processing charges (₹50-₹100)
• Platform access setup fees
• Course material preparation costs

Delivered Services:

• Completed live training sessions
• One-on-one mentoring sessions already conducted
• Downloaded course materials and resources
• Issued certificates and completion documents

Add-on Services:

• Additional mentoring sessions beyond course inclusion
• Custom training modules
• Premium support services

6. How to Request Cancellation and Refund

• Full name and enrolled course details
• Payment transaction ID and date
• Reason for cancellation and refund request
• Supporting documents (if applicable)
• Bank account details for refund processing

Step 3: Await Confirmation

• Acknowledgment of request within 24 hours
• Review and approval decision within 48-72 hours
• Refund processing as per timeline mentioned above
• Final confirmation via email and SMS

7. Course Transfer Option

As an alternative to refunds, we offer course transfer options:

Same Course Transfer:

• Transfer to next available batch of the same course
• No additional fees for transfer within 6 months
• Retain access to previously accessed materials
• Priority booking for preferred time slots

Course Upgrade:

• Upgrade from Job Hunt Accelerator to Career Launchpad
• Pay only the difference amount
• Extended training duration and additional modules
• Enhanced mentoring and support

8. Force Majeure Situations

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control:

Covered Situations:

• Natural disasters affecting training delivery
• Government restrictions or lockdowns
• Internet service disruptions
• Platform-wide technical failures

Our Response:

• Immediate notification to all enrolled students
• Alternative delivery methods (recorded sessions, extended timelines)
• Full refund option for severely impacted students
• Free course transfer to future batches

9. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

Internal Review Process:

• Escalation to senior management team
• Review by course directors (Rahul Mishra, Arman Baweja, Lakshay Sharma)
• Independent assessment of case circumstances
• Final decision within 7 business days

External Resolution:

• Consumer forum complaints (if applicable)
• Legal arbitration (as per Indian consumer protection laws)
