Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your enrollment in a program, please follow these guidelines:

  • How to cancel: You must request a cancellation by emailing us or calling our support line within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • What can be cancelled: Enrollments for programs that have not yet commenced can be cancelled within the 24-hour window.
  • What cannot be cancelled: Once a program has commenced or digital materials have been fully accessed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the following policy:

  • Eligible cases: Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase for programs that have not yet started.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Non-refundable items: Certain digital downloads, completed workshops, and customized corporate proposals are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at contact@yourskillyatra.com with your Order ID and the reason for your request. Our team will review your case and respond promptly.
