Physical Materials (If Applicable)

In the rare event that a specific corporate training engagement includes physical materials (such as workbooks or certificates):

• Delivery Timelines: Physical items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days depending on the location.
• Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated during the proposal or checkout process.
